Adaptive Compressive Sensing for Differentiable Microscopy

← back to projects

Overview

My final-year research project (2022–2023) at the University of Moratuwa investigated adaptive online compressive sensing algorithms for differentiable microscopy, combining ideas from compressive sensing and differentiable optics to reduce the number of measurements needed for microscopy imaging while preserving image quality.
